Danielle’s undergraduate training provided a breadth in psychology and sociology, majoring in Family Social Sciences at St. Olaf College.  After working in brand management, she completed her Masters of Business Administration at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, where she enhanced her business studies with intensive interpersonal effectiveness and leadership development courses.  As a second year MBA student, Danielle built her executive coaching foundation serving as a Leadership Fellow to high performing colleagues with 3 to 20 years of business experience.

Danielle has deepened her coaching skills through training with the largest global coaching certification program, Co-Active Coaching.  Co-Active curriculum includes extensive coaching training around fulfillment and balance. Beyond coaching, Danielle knows the importance of being able to identify if a client needs to be referred to counseling, as she completed the Biblical Counseling training program through Faith International Ministries, Spring 2012.
